Assistant Maintenance Director, Billy Hartness, was recently named Special Olympics Arkansas's 2024 Volunteer of the Year. He was presented the award at this year's Summer Games held at Harding University in Searcy. Billy spends many hours assisting with Special Olympics as a coach, partner and volunteer not only for CHDC, but for programs and events all over the state. Congratulations Billy on the well deserved award!
